Non-REQR Checklist

The self-assessment will assist Council to determine whether your qualification and post-registration experience is equivalent in content and learning outcomes to the Council accredited pharmacy programmes. It will also help to identify topics that require refreshing and areas for improvement and professional development. You should outline the disciplines, topics and hours of lectures/study underpinning each topic, and reference the course titles in your degree transcript, or further evidence from post-registration work experience to support your scores.

You will be asked to self-assess your knowledge and experience in the following topis: cardiovascular, central nervous system, children & older people, communication/ collaboration, compounding, dermatological, endocrine, gastrointestinal, infections, law & ethics, malignant diseases & immunosuppression, medicines information, musculoskeletal, pain & palliative care, pharmaceutical science, pharmacy practice (incl. dispensing and counselling), psychiatric, renal and hepatic, respiratory, women’s/ men’s Health.

You will need to provide examples of evidence that are reflective of your self-rate answers. If areas for development are identified, you will need to describe (using your own words) your strategy for achieving improvements.
